How support information is used

Carbon Supply Studio uses support-form information only to receive, investigate and respond to theme-related questions and technical problems.

Information collected

• Your name and reply email.
• Your Shopify store URL, theme version and affected storefront URL.
• Your problem description and any optional attachment.
• Basic technical and anti-spam information associated with the submission.

Retention and sharing

Support messages and attachments are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain support history and improve documentation. Information is processed by the hosting and transactional-email providers needed to deliver the support service. It is not sold.

Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, payment information, private customer data, app secrets or collaborator codes. If store access is necessary, Carbon Supply Studio will use Shopify's approved collaborator process.
